Elliot, my son, also known as Elmo in some circles, has just come in from Calgary which makes me very happy! And since it is cherry season, he has requested one of his favourites, Cherry cheese pie. I think this is a kind of retro pie as you really don't see it around often. You may see cherry pie or cherry cheese cake but not really cherry cheese pie... I have already posted this in the past but just wanted to highlight it in case you are wondering what you can do with your sensational red cherries! Deeliciousssss!

Welcome back! I hope there'll be a nice picture of the pie before Elliot eats the entire thing!
I will try to get a pic before he devours it! We have to post warnings asking him to leave some for others! Hope you, Meredith and the boys can stop by and have some!
